Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy
At Theresa Rézeau Fine Art, we want every purchase to be made with confidence. The following policy applies to purchases made through this website and does not affect your statutory rights.
Physical Goods and Artworks
If you purchase an eligible physical item online, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of your decision to cancel, you must return the item within 14 days.
Returned items must be handled with reasonable care and returned in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund where the value of an item has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Because artworks may be fragile or valuable, please contact us before arranging a return so that appropriate packing, shipping and insurance arrangements can be agreed.
Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded. Additional costs resulting from your choice of an enhanced or more expensive delivery service are not refundable beyond the cost of our standard delivery option.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described.
Where possible, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can assess any damage and assist with the appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Digital Editions
Digital editions are delivered electronically and are available for immediate access following purchase.
By expressly consenting to immediate delivery and acknowledging the loss of your cancellation right before the digital content is supplied, you agree that your statutory 14-day right to cancel ends once delivery of the digital content begins.
Digital editions are therefore non-refundable once supplied, except where the digital content is faulty, not as described, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Memberships and subscriptions are subject to the cancellation terms presented when you subscribe and any applicable statutory cancellation rights.
Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a period of membership that has already been supplied, except where required by law.
Order Cancellation
For eligible unfulfilled orders, our website may provide an automated cancellation facility for 15 minutes after an order is placed.
If that period has passed, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order has already been dispatched or fulfilled, the applicable return or cancellation provisions above will apply.
Refunds
Once an eligible returned item has been received, or you provide evidence that it has been returned where applicable, we will process any refund due in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
How to Request a Return or Cancellation
To request a return, report a problem with an order, or exercise a cancellation right, please contact Theresa Rézeau Fine Art using the contact details provided on this website and include your order number.
Please do not return physical artworks without contacting us first, as suitable shipping and insurance arrangements may be required.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
